Since our beginning in 2004 we have owned and operated over 10 bars, restaurants and hotels in the French Alps. Our staff, innovative food and drinks, plus our love for hospitality are the heart and soul of our business – we’re proud and passionate about everything we do.
OUR VENUES
We currently own and operate five venues in the world-famous 3 Valleys in France – Jacks Méribel, Jacks Les Menuires, Copiña Méribel, and Hôtel Grangettes. Our venues create a home-from-home for locals and tourists alike.
Jacks has two buzzing venues at the foot of the pistes in Méribel (open year-round) and Les Menuires (open all winter). Whether you’re looking for après-ski or summer sun, good times are always on the menu.
Copiña Méribel offers expertly crafted cocktails, sangria, craft beer and a carefully selected list of wines. Complement your drinks with our delicious homemade tapas, all served in a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The perfect blend of adrenaline, international cuisine, and vibrant bar vibes. Grangettes delivers a warm welcome, restful nights, and an unforgettable mountain adventure in one of the best hotels in Meribel!

OUR TEAM
We have a core team who are very experienced in their field and in hospitality. Our board members and senior staff are with us for the long run – they’re the reason we feel like a family business, but operate like big business.
Every year we employ seasonal staff – the best, brightest and most ambitious chefs, bar and hotel staff. Our team is our most important asset.

Some friends who loved the mountains purchased a bar! Since then we have expanded and adapted to become the European Pubs we are – honest, transparent and trusting.

Jacks Bar purchased and Evolution restaurant launched

Managed 10 venues through a strategic partnership with a major tour operator

Developed the brand and grew the revenue of Jacks and Evolution

LAUNCHED A NEW CONCEPT, COPIÑA
Opened Copiña Méribel, then expanded to Courchevel 1650

PARTNERSHIP WITH HOTEL PLAN
Began operating Inghams’ hotel, Les Grangettes, in Méribel

Moved to a huge venue, refurbished, rebranded and reopened

LAUNCHED A CATERING SERVICE
COVID19 hit and we adapted by launching a unique catering service – Copiña A Casa

TAKEAWAY AND DELIVERY SERVICE
Launched delivery and click and collect to adapt to the restrictions during the COVID19 pandemic

JACKS LES MENUIRES IS OPEN
We opened our 2nd Jacks, bringing our delicious food and entertainment to a new resort!

HOTEL GRANGETTES JOINS OUR FAMILY
